Not a stdlib module - Nu's own financial value types, built the same way (a native frozen dataclass wrapped by a Form).

Raw native values (no Nu wrapping) are importable alongside the Forms: PyPercentage, PyBasisPoint (frozen dataclasses in nu.std.fin.native).
